PrePayCheck provides remote screening and information-support tools for supplier-payment decisions. Results are not legal advice, financial advice, an on-site factory audit, or a guarantee of supplier identity, product quality, performance, solvency, shipment, or recovery of funds.

The $49 Pre-Payment Review is a one-time, desk-based review of one supplier case using the documents and verifiable information reasonably available at the time of review. For ordinary cases with sufficient information, we aim to deliver the review within 24 hours after payment and the necessary materials are received. This is a service target, not a guaranteed deadline.

If we determine that there is not enough verifiable information to complete the paid review, the review fee will be refunded. A completed review is not refundable merely because the conclusion is cautious, negative, inconclusive on a specific point, or different from the user's preferred outcome.

Users remain responsible for independent due diligence and for deciding whether to enter a transaction or send funds. Payment should not be treated as insurance, escrow protection, a legal opinion, or a guarantee that a supplier will perform.

By submitting a paid-review request, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information and documents you submit and that you will not provide passwords, card numbers, bank-login credentials, authentication codes or unrelated sensitive personal data.
